Sketching Spiders
Yesterday, we had a go at sketching spiders. We learnt that we must hold our pencil softly and press lightly. This was quite tricky! We learnt that we must look very carefully at our spider and the way it is standing on the leaf, and sketch exactly what we see. We even had a go at shading!

Farewell Amelia!
Last week we said goodbye to lovely Amelia, who is moving to Wellington.
Amelia was a kind and friendly Cullinane Kid, and we will all really miss her!

Pukeiti Visit
We went to Pukeiti to learn more about Minibeasts. We looked in some minibeast traps and saw many different insects!
