St Joseph's Day

Today it is St Joseph's Day.  

We have been talking about the qualities of St Joseph.

We learnt that he was an obedient, kind and hard working man.

Pukekura Park

We had a great time at Pukekura Park today.

We saw a golden tree.  Was it real or fake? How could we tell?

We made a human tree with our bodies.

We made our own silver trees with twigs and tinfoil.

We played on the playground and did a scavenger hunt.

Gingerbread Men

We read The Gingerbread Man together this week.

We followed a recipe to make our own gingerbread men.
